Frosting a cake like a pro

chef-clip.gifWe’ve all made at least one - a cake that was meant to be the beautiful end of a great meal and instead lives on as the object of family ridicule at every gathering since.  Lopsided, crumby, sinkhole in the middle … no more! Le Grand Buffet Pâtissier

christian_faure.jpgChef Christian Faure is currently visiting CHIC from LCB Ottawa.  That’s him, to the left.

On Tuesday, March 18, Chef Faure and the CHIC P&B instructors will host a pastry buffet.

We are all invited to attend the event - it begins at 5:30 in the upstairs foyer. Don’t miss your opportunity to see and taste the work of our talented baking faculty. 

Chef Faure will conduct an all-school demo on Thursday, March 20 at 1:00 p.m. in Room 207. He will produce a chocolate showpiece.
