Sweet Table Buffet – The greaseburners show us their stuff! On Wednesday, 11/26, the July and August culinary students will hold sweet table buffets. Chef Toni Leahy’s class presents their sweet table at 2 p.m. and Chef Bob Cano’s students put out a spread at 9 p.m. In the mezzanine outside the bookstore.
Grand Buffet – Also on the 26th, Chefs Nancy Carey and John Montanile together with their August pastry students invite us to sample their work at a grand buffet. 9:30 a.m. in the mezzanine outside the bookstore.

Dear Food Network: Grilling
Food TV seeks culinary students to be involved in an upcoming episode of Dear Food Network. To be considered for the show, you must submit a fun, creative, 20-second video in which you ask your question about grilling. If you are interested, submit the following information to foodnetworkseries@gmail.com: name, age, if you’re a culinary student or instructor, grilling questions, contact information, and a recent photograph. You may also discuss your video with the casting producer before you make it.
