Entre Amis (Between Friends) is the arts and literary journal of The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Formerly published as Harvest, the annual journal features original writing and art by members of the CHIC community.
The first edition of Entre Amis was edited by Nancy Monk and published in October 2007.
